I loved the hotel's central location. Transportation was easy, and the mall was nearby as well. The staff at the front desk was friendly, accommodating, and provided me with directions to important places. Also, the room and bathroom were clean, and a towel was provided. The breakfast I had was delightful with different meal options.
Nothing to fault.

Great location for exploring and easy access to transportation. The staff was friendly and quickly handled any requests I had. The WiFi was surprisingly fast and worked well for video streaming. The room had a good hot shower and aircon. Oh, and there was a breakfast included, but the choices were limited.
The room was dreary and had an old style TV with mostly non-English speaking channels. , the cable channels were limited.

The location is unbeatable, very close to the downtown area and convenient to visit all the main attractions of the city. the refurbished hotel has a nice and warm feeling, and the staff was always accommodating and helpful. What's more, one of the complimentary breakfast options, tocino, rice, egg, is really tasty and filling.
It was disappointing to find a rather strong smell of cigarette smoke in the public areas close to the lifts, which made it unpleasant for non, smoking guests. there were a couple of issues with the front desk as they did not relay my messages to housekeeping, and they charged me extra for pillows without pre, clearing it.
